Fortigi Intelekton

Iun tagon, dum promenado, la studento demandis la zne majstron, "Kiel mi plifortigu la intelekton?"

"La nura rimedo estas certiĝi pri nenio," respondis la zne majstron. "Lasu vian menson estu klara vojo por ĉiajn pensojn. Memoru:

eta heliko
sekvas nenies padon
eĉ ne la sian."

La zne majstro kaj la studento promenis iom plu silente. Subite, ili samtempe ambaŭ vidis bileton de cent spesmiloj en la vojo. Kiam la studento ekkuris por preni ĝin, la zne majstro vokis lin: "Memoru la lecionon! Ne tiom rapidu al certeco! Estu klara vojo por ĉiajn pensojn!"

La studento haltis por pripensi la aferon kaj la zne majstro malrapide promenis al la bileto kaj prenis ĝin.

One day, while walking, the student asked the zne majstro "how can I strengthen my intellect?"

"The only method is to be certain of nothing," replied the zne majstro. "Let your mind become a clear path for all thoughts. Remember:

The little snail
follows no-one's path
not even its own

The zne majstro and the student walked on in silence. Suddenly, at the same moment, both saw a $100 bill in the road. When the student ran to take it, the zne majstro called him: "Remember the lesson! Don't rush to certainty! Be a clear path for all thoughts!"

The student stopped to think the thing through and the zne majstro walked slowly to the bill and took it.
